My stylist was Cheryl, she was calm, pleasant and very talented. Everyone in the salon was attentive also. Her braiding is impeccable, particularly neatness with sectioning - scalp is not sore, not too tight. I will say that the duration of the time slots on Treatwell is not reflective of true appointment length. Come prepared for the day if you are having smaller size braids and book a morning appointment if you want to avoid a late finish.

Staff weren’t sure what treatment I’d booked. The treatment has left my hair dry and split. However staff were friendly and they kept the shop open for me. I’d go again for something different.

I had a facial done by Shana and it was absolutely fantastic. I could have happily spent the whole day there, I’ve already booked my next treatment, it was truly exceptional. My skin has never felt so good. I can’t speak highly enough of Shana and the service she provided, I’d recommend anybody to try.
