Simi was lovely and reassuring. In general the treatments were administered much better than others in the area. Recommended!
The only thing that bothered me was double dipping the spatula into the wax after applying it onto my body. Whilst I might be able to try and put it out of my mind for legs or bikini waxing, even though I trust Simi to do a good job I couldn't come back for waxing any facial areas knowing that wax had been contaminated with germs from peoples body and private parts.
