Rachel has a very good rapport with her clients. She is really friendly, she takes the time to listen to what you need, she makes you feel at ease. I was very happy with my hair cut.

Rachel was very helpful and she knew what to do after seeing my hair and what type of conditioning treatment needed to be done. She was very polite, friendly, courteous.and treated me with respect and did a great job of conditioning my very very dry hair. I originally had a perm put in by her and I always go to Rachel for haircuts and treatments asbshe knows what to do as she has lots of experience and I am next going to get high lights put in by her next month.

I went in for a simple wash and blow dry but the care and quality delivered from Rachel on the day was anything but simple! She was attentive and paid attention to each request and detail. Not only did she add in a little head massage whilst washing but she also ensured that the curls I required were perfect and just what I wanted before leaving. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
