Rachel was so lovely, taking her time and explaining each step. She made sure I was comfortable as I have not had colour before. She checked my hair before through a patch test which i thought was great. Deffo my new hair stylist as other places just rush you and treat you like a number whereas I was actually treated like a person which I felt was a very caring service.

Nothing wrong with the people here.. just possibly worst haircut I ever had. Waited 40 minutes for the haircut. Asked for grade 2 on sides and I got an awful trim around my ears.. probably could have asked her to fix it but I didn't want to risk it to make anything worse than it was.
