I paid for a medium length blow dry and paid £20 as part of a promotion they were having. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes when I got there. During my treatment my hair was washed with cold water, the stylist blamed this on the plumbing. After it was done I was made to pay an extra £15 because apparently my hair was full length and the price for their full length blow dry was £35 despite the fact I booked my treatment during the sale. I was spoken to very aggressively by the two people working there and forced to pay the money. I will never be back here for any treatments again, the staff were very disrespectful and the service was sub standard.
