This is my local salon. Mita and her team work hard and give a good experience. She’s keen to make sure Her clients are happy and often goes above and beyond. On the day I went there was a difficult customer, and Mita maintained her composure throughout despite the customer being rude and aggressive.

I have curly hair so I showed Elizabeth a picture. My cut looks alright as she layered it well, but the style is nothing like what I asked for - an A-line style which is longer at the front and shorter at the back. When she showed me my hair in the mirror, it was longer at the back and shorter at the front, which she insisted was the style I had asked for. Curly hair is always difficult to cut, but I would have appreciated if she had listened to what I know about my own hair.

Elizabeth was an absolute sweetheart! She asked me exactly what I wanted, and totally delivered. Such a lovely lady, loved our chat. Got so many compliments as soon as I left the salon! I have very thick hair but flat on top after 7 months without a haircut, it’s absolutely fab now with so much volume from the layers she put in. Will defo be back again! The other ladies were lovely too, some doing brows and nails, all great staff!
