Hairdresser was able to advise whilst smiling what type of layers in order to achieve a previous haircut I had done in a photo. Any requests I made such as if I could cut my hair such as with a middle parting, she accepted with good humour. Experienced hairdresser, good amount of time massaging scalp and washing hair, checked hair length throughout and cut to a fine art. Hairdresser was focused on cut and not overly chatty which is what I like. Walked out with a great haircut and felt fabulous which is what I look for in a haircut experience. I had the European brunette lady as a hairdresser.

I arrived slightly late but rang ahead to let them know - they were very accommodating. The threading was done very well, I am very happy with the result.

Excellent! I went as a last minute thing. Ruta was very helpful, she understood what I wanted and was very patient and attentive to detail. They also have a range of beauty treatments at very good prices. Sure I will be back!
