XTrimz is my usual salon for a reason…exceptional service, they accept walk ins and pre booked. The girls are all so lovely. Big shout out to Pinky- the effort she put in to get my hair dyed down to the exact colour I wanted was incredible! Thank you all so much!!

The wait time is too long especially if you book in advance. Mita takes too long but she is juggling a lot unfortunately but zeel is really sweet. Mita does make sometimes a little condescending comments about the hair which I already know and salons have made comments before so I don’t think I’ll come back again unfortunately. The only thing I would say is definitely put on the booking system the wait time.

Pinky is the best hairdresser out there - hands down! The highlights she did on my thick hair is amazing!! Will go back for a top up for sure!!
