I got a very bad quality haircut, whilst the stylist listened to what I asked for it was very poor quality. I was given a free haircut to remedy with a different stylist but it still looks bad.

As always, I received an amazing service. I was seen on time and the gel was removed efficiently. Mita asked what shape I wanted and advised me on which of her brand new colour gels to choose! Amazing!
