Describe your visit to Y Spa at Wyboston Lakes We started with Afternoon Tea, a delicious selection of sandwiches, warm stones with jam and cream followed by a selection of cakes. As much tea or coffee as you wish. A wonderful experience.Then into the Spa. The hydrotherapy pool is just delightful. Lovely and warm with lots of jets gently massaging your whole body. The sauna and steam rooms are a wonderful experience and considering how busy it was when we went were not crowded at all. A good variety of steam rooms to experience them all. The relaxation rooms are warm and peaceful and good to unwind in and shut the world out for a few minutes. Overall a fantastic experience and very reasonable prices. The staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Just looking at dates to when we can do it all again.

Waiting between steam and sauna rooms for 20mins would be good to have a room temperate room to chill in that you can go in with wet swimwear on.
