Booked in for Afternoon Tea and a Spa. My wife has a few dietary issues that were well catered for. The sandwiches and cakes were nice, but no apparent selection of teas (although they did have decaf for my wife). They could have been more attentive during the Tea and come round to offer re-fills etc. The tea was replenished - but we had to go and find a waitress to get it done. The Spa facilities were excellent; varied; and clean with plenty of towels etc. Overall a pleasant afternoon at a reasonable price.
The staff we're friendly and helpful. I especially loved my hot rock back massage it was amazing and I felt so comfortable
overall a lovely relaxing day the staff were very welcoming.
One small issue it was very busy in the morning and the robes left on hooks got taken by others twice so we had to keep asking for new ones. there could be a better solution to this. The waterbed were excellent and lunch was good.
Lovely 2 night break, facilities were brilliant, staff were friendly, good food!
Pool could have Been a bit warmer on the second day and deserts weren't good but everything else was faultless :)
