Had a lovely time on a hideaway break, though the bedroom was boiling hot, even with the fan on full. The food was quite good, though there isn't a lot of ambience due to the loud groups of hen parties. The spa was lovely - I'd definitely recommend.
Fantastic all round experience from the surrounding lakes to the Spa usage, the food was 5star and all staff were extremely frirndly. I have already been spreading news of my wonderdul experience and will continue to do so
Lovely peace and tranquil plenty to use and even a snooze room after lunch. Good place to chill with friends. Have been a few times over the year with friends and just with my husband never let down.
A brilliant relaxing day, staff were fantastic rearranging our day when the pool was out of action. We were offered discounts without asking on our new treatments as a goodwill gesture. The facilities were lovely and it is the nicest spa I have been to. The only downside was the pool got very crowded at times so I would plan my treatments around that in future to avoid the crowd.
