We loved the spa. The staff are welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Unlike other spas I have been to, they keep the number of people lower so that you never have to wait to use any of the spa facilities and can really relax. The outdoor hydrotherapy pool is wonderful as is the whole outdoor area. Our treatments were amazing and the therapists are extremely well qualified. The food was great and there is plenty of choice We felt like we'd been on holiday and can't wait to come back. Thank you !
On arriving we were met with a friendly welcome, shown around etc.
Had afternoon tea and coffee, possible a little more cream cheese with the smoked salmon. Yummy scones and cream.
Spent the rest of the afternoon totally chilling in and around the pool, and great selection of steam rooms. Came away feeling much better than when we arrived.
Had the afternoon tea package. Whilst the afternoon tea itself was pretty ordinary, the service and friendliness of restaurant staff made up for it.
The Spa itself was fantastic, clean, not too crowded and the afternoon slot was just enough time to fully enjoy all the facilities and truly relax. My daughter had a couple of treatments which she absolutely loved.
This was my second visit and I will definitely return.
I had a lovely experience at yspa with my mum, and a lovely elemis full body scrub. Would definitely recommend and will book again, no doubt
