By far the best thing about this venue is the attitude of each and every single member of staff at this resort. I have never been somewhere and felt a warm welcome such as this. The staff seem very happy in their roles here and the aura and atmosphere that this creates is fantastic. Even the security guard on the gates waved as we drove in and out. The second best thing was the standard of both service and food in the restaurant. We were blown away with the selection of choice and the absolute deliciousness of everything on offer. The mushroom soup and the pannacotta were particular favourites. The spa itsself was warm, impeccably clean and, again, the staff were on hand to take drink orders and smile. Lots of products on hand to use and try at your own leisure. The scented water in the experience showers was lovely - the icewall a particular favourite. The hot sauna could have been a little hotter...! The room was luxurious and the bed was comfortable, the Elemis products in the room were a lovely touch, and the powerful shower was a treat in the morning. The hairdryer in the room was a good quality Elchem hairdryer that retail at around £100 - and I'm so glad I didnt bother packing my own. All in all, an absolutely fantastic place to be and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend or infact visit again myself.
Lovely time but it went too quickly. Was wonderfully relaxing, no clock watching, and never felt busy so we could happily enjoy each therapy without it being full.
Was a lovely evening treat, the spa facilities were good but was disappointing some of the jets did not work in the pool as it was quite busy and not a lot if room for everyone as all concentrated on one side due to lack of working jets.
The treatments I had included in my package were supposed to last 30 minutes, they lasted 20 at most as the therapist ran a few minutes late, was quite disappointed as the facilities didn't match the price I paid and the treatments were the main perk. The food was lovely
