Couldn't be happier with my experience, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure our time there was pleasant.
I have been raving to all my friends about this place and would love to go back someday.
A few things I was disappointed with. Firstly, the rooms advertised on the website are all the refurbished rooms. Needless to say we were not happy with our room as it was not what was advertised on the website. There was not enough staff in the dining areas. The wait for our food was too long and it was cold. Also one morning the buffet breakfast was serving milk which had gone off!!!! The staff were very friendly and the spa was very clean and very nice but there is still a few things that let us down on our stay.
We had a lovely relaxing spa break. The spa its self had lovely facilities, steam rooms, sauna etc. The food was fantastic, I highly recommend a stay here.
The spa day was booked for my mother but she throughly enjoyed it and will soon become a regular. The facilities were fantastic as were the staff and treatments.
