Rooms are dated however they are undergoing refurbishment which looks amazing , the food is good , the spa is lovely and the message was well worth it overall good experience :)
Good value for the money, only negative is that the staff left us waiting, so we were late for afternoon tea which was rushed as we did not want less time in the spa. The afternoon tea was nice. The spa experience was great really relaxing we tried everything. We left very refreshed and hoping to go back again.
Had a wonderful day! Was worried it would be too busy being a Sunday, it did get a little busy but it wasn't ever noisy/frustrating like in some spas where it can echo a lot. We felt well and truly relaxed and enjoyed our day :) Beautiful grounds and therapy rooms and the hydro pool was amazing.
