I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage. The staff spend 10 minutes 'analyzing and investigating my need for the massage and where my injuries lay' followed by 5 minutes of waiting for the guy to start the massage. Then I had an ok massage that lasted half hour, if that. Then I got dressed, went outside to ask why things had finished so soon, only to be ushered back in for a 're-adjustment/clicking' of my neck that they had talked me into getting. Another 5 minutes of waiting before another guy came in, stinking of cigarette smoke and did the adjustment. So all in all, I had a lot of talking and very little massage. Stay away if you are expecting a 1 hour massage. Go ahead and book if you want to be talked too and shown charts of muscles and bones.
I have been suffering for chronic shoulders pain related with my job and mild back pain and headache, an acupuncturist-Mr Lee is very knowledgeable and accurate to treat the pain. I paid for 6 sessions and he treated me with massage, acupuncture and sometimes combine with cupping or ultrasound treatment - depend on my severity.
My shoulder is much better but not cured, I am still seeing Mr Lee for further treatment.
But, I hardly have back pain and headache after 5 sessions.
I would like to thanks Michelle and Mr Lee for helping me to get back to normal shape again.
