I booked in for deep tissue massage but ended agreeing to a full session which included acupuncture and cupping (and a bit of a massage). It was not relaxing, given the nature (!) and so was not exactly but after the treatment I was pleasantly exhausted and went home to rest for awhile. The massage was 'medical' rather than deep tissue. My issues were discussed (shoulders, lower back) and I have definitely felt more comfortable since. They definitely like to upsell!

I was having lower back and gastrointestinal issue both due to pregnancy and I needed more than just a nice rub down. The woman therapist I had was awesome and just what was needed. She focused on the root causes of issues and even gave me some reflexology that made both my back and stomach feel better! I will be back.
