All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.such a bad experience. the venue looks nothing like the photos, it’s really messy and unclean. the laser was invasive (not what i was used to) quick but quite painful and i worried about the spread of bacteria as it was invasive laser. a day or two later i felt soreness and saw there was a laser burn in my intimate area, it was a bright pink open wound. i attempted to contact them directly about they ignored me. don’t go here, save your money and find somewhere more hygienic and no injury
