Excellent massage as always, very responsive to injuries/chronic conditions. The ambiance is rated 3 only because it is a simple, spartan setup, it's all about the massage; not environment decorations or spa experience :-) If you want a straight forward, serious or soothing massage, this is the right choice. Thanks!

Yasemin had been kept waiting by successive clients who turned up late which meant I had to wait half an hour after the time I had booked for. If a customer books a treatment from, say 3-4pm, and they turn up at 3.30pm, their treatment should end at 4pm even if they still pay for the whole hour - it's up to the customer to be on time.
