Come here all the time for eye tint package and acrylic nails and gel toes however last few visits have chosen for Helen to do the treatments and got other staff. Today my appointment took almost 3 hours when it should only take about an hour and a half

I booked my treatment appointment online, I had a choice of therapist, my previous treatments were with Helen so I chose to have Helen again as my therapist, but on arrival at the salon I had a different therapist, who was very nice & did a good job, this is the second occasion this has happened.
I was told Helen didn’t work on certain days, it would have been good to know this when I booked.
