I wasn't asked how I'd like my hair cut before which is a shame as I'd have valued input. My cuticles were trimmed to the point of bleeding on two fingers. Hair and nails look fine but disappointed with the process.

Always really happy with my treatments here. Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted as well as an eyelashes tinted and I’ve never had someone be so attentive with my eyebrows, trimming waxing and tweezing to make sure they were perfect. Would definitely recommend
