Booked in for an eyebrow wax last week. Due to the use of thick hot wax pens and the therapist going very fast there was no precision. One brow is a bit shorter than the other now due to wax getting on one than the other at the top of my nose. Plus they are different shapes, ones a bit thicker than the other. The therapist hardly spoke to me and wasn't going to ask what I wanted done with my brow shape until I spoke up. Just paid and left as I had no faith she would be able to fix the damage.
