I booked the Mukha Abhyanga for my mum. It’s advertised as 45mins and states that it includes face, shoulders and neck massage. Unfortunately the massage was only 30minutes and the lady did not include shoulders and neck. Massage therapist was nice enough but what’s advertised and what’s delivered are different and therefore not great customer experience.
