Not a good facial. Therapist didn't explain process & products to be used. No spa music. Facial steaming machine wasn't working, so tissue and hot water used. Proper towels weren't used. No moisturiser used at end, face felt dry. Would not go again.

Dr sarangvi is a brilliant doctor. She is very professional kind caring and helpful. Her knowledge is superb and she is a major asset to yathra..I hope that yathra recognise her skills and reward her adequately.

I was welcomed to the salon warmly, and made to feel really comfortable. The Indian head massage massage started and was deeply relaxing, and used lots of amazing techniques and by the time it was finished I was on cloud nine. Thanks so much
