The only thing despite my 5 star rating , is that there was an issue about builder nails . The other young girl was quite rude to me , not the receptionist ,despite me being told by the owner of the business that I could have them soaked off . I was corrected that they can’t , which is fine , but there was a language barrier and translating going on and the young girl was quite rude in her response to me , taking into account that I had been told wrong in the first place apparently .
