My gel was good but my daughter's acrylic wasn't what she wanted. An inexperienced staff was put to job, then the manager realized the bad quality and he assigned an experienced staff to fix it. I wasn't aware of this until I asked why it took such a long time. At the end, they had to file further to fix the issue. The length and the fit wasn't what my daughter wanted but she was too polite to say anything. She was very said afterwards. I even had to pay extra because she wanted French.
