Terrible experience! Poor customer service both on behalf of Yiou and Treateell. I was gifted a voucher for birthday.
Yiou over priced, made us wait unnecessarily behaved like they were doing us favour.
I booked appointment and paid with gift voucher. When the appointment started, the guy came to me asking to pay again since my appointment was cancelled automatically. Ended up paying with my card.
Contacted Treatwell, they said they will refund money to my bank card which they never did!!
