Went to Aimee due to a shoulder issue and she accessed what the issue was and cleared a lot of knots out of the area. She checked in throughout and the time really flew by.

The centre is headed up by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has worked with the Sports Science Team at Bradford City FC & York City FC. As with the rest of the team, Steve creates fully personalised treatment plans for athletes, part-time gym goers and clients with occupational injuries alike, enabling each to return to full physical fitness.

YO1Wellness Leeds have recently been crowned Yorkshire's 'Sports Therapy Centre of the Year 2022 & 2023'

YO1Wellness Leeds specialises in injury treatment, rehabilitation plans and personalised sports massage and deep tissue massage from their private treatment room within Condition Gym, Leeds Dock (close to the Royal Armouries). 2 HOURS FREE PARKING ON THE ROADS AROUND LEEDS DOCK.

The centre was founded by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has put a firm footprint in the area for results based, high-quality therapy.

Open Monday through to Saturday until 8 pm weekdays and 2 pm weekends. YO1Wellness Leeds also offers student discounts.
