Being in my late 40s and still doing martial arts, I have had a number of sports related injuries over the last couple of years. Since seeing SJ Sports, not only have these injuries been remedied, but the after-treatment support and stretching programs provided have helped lesson the incidence of further injury. An extremely effective, modern and friendly service at a surprisingly affordable price.

Steve was brilliant. Very professional and figured out what had been causing my back pain very quickly and focused his treatment on that area. He also gave me some good stretches and posture advice to prevent reoccurrence. I would definitely return should I need to and will recommend him to friends in the area :)

Been going to Steve for physio for a couple months now and he’s phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and the cheapest physio in Leeds which is the icing on the cake. I’m making progress with my injury and he’s made the recovery process so much less frustrating. Would recommend to anybody.
