steve was very knowledgable and explained things in a very clear and logical way. Could tell he knew his stuff. i got a massage for my lower back as i had a comp in a few days. Feel like ive got a new back and had no issues during the comp. couldnt beleive how good it felt! will be going back for more permanent work

It was the first time I had a massage by a trained physiotherapist and I regret I didn’t try it before. Steve is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional and I would definitely recommend him and YO1wellness.
