About
Iain is a Chartered Physiotherapist with HCPC membership. He first qualified as a Sports Rehabilitator in 2017 and has been working in professional sport with the likes of Middlesbrough FC and Barnsley FC. He is currently working as the Head of Medical at Club Doncaster Rugby League. Iain has recently added more skills to his inventory with gaining his second degree in Physiotherapy from Leeds Beckett University. Iain is very thorough with his approach to ensure we can deliver excellent care and results to our clients. We're very excited to be adding Iain's skills to our practice. Andrei completed an MSc with Distinction in Sport and Exercise Therapy and a BSc Honours First Class in Sports Science. He is specialised in sport related injuries and has been helping athletes as well as individuals from the general population through nutrition support, strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation programmes. He is also fully qualified in sports and deep tissue massage.

Following a degree in Neuroscience, Aimee qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2022 and she is bringing strong skills and enthusiasm to our practice. We met Aimee at Condition Gym Leeds where she continues to works as a coach alongside clinic work with us. BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Therapy The centre is headed up by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has worked with the Sports Science Team at Bradford City FC & York City FC. As with the rest of the team, Steve creates fully personalised treatment plans for athletes, part-time gym goers and clients with occupational injuries alike, enabling each to return to full physical fitness. You can also book in with him for sports and deep tissue massage treatment.

Housed within Emperors Health Club, in the heart of the city, YO1Wellness specialises in injury treatment, rehabilitation plans and personalised sports massage.
The centre was founded by Steve Jarman who since graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Therapy, has put a firm footprint in the area for results based, high-quality therapy.
As with the rest of the team, Steve creates fully personalised treatment plans for athletes, part-time gym goers and clients with occupational injuries alike. Enabling each to return to full physical fitness with a better understanding to follow.
Appointments are available until 8pm and weekends.
