Sports Massage
Steve has done a great job of guiding my rehab from quite a debilitating elbow tendonopathy brought on by overloading in the gym combined with climbing. The balance of massage and advice has worked well. He’s given me confidence to manage my own activity outside of our sessions and I’m pleased with progress. I’ve used several Physio’s and find Steve’s approach works well for me. Would recommend.
