Steve was great! Super knowledgable and helpful about multiple injuries/issues I had been having on and off for years prior and gave some great advice alongside the sports massage. Really felt the difference afterwards with the muscle tension release, resulting in less aches and pain and still feeling the benefits in my neck and shoulders now.
