He explained ( in a very good and clear way) what was causing my pain , and taught me some exercises. I personally like that he took the time to perfom a full exam, so I got a clear picture of what was my problem. I totally recommed him and the place.
The place is well located ( central York) very easy to have access to it.

Didn't know what to expect as first time here. Heard good things from friends though. Andrei was excellent, put me at ease quickly. He clearly knows his stuff and gave a very thorough first assessment. Definitely will be returning.

At present I have a monthly session, in which we review progress, check that my exercise technique is correct, and then adjust the exercises where necessary. Finally we finish with a massage of those muscle groups and joints which need addressing. Any additional exercises are also explained and demonstrated. Steve is first rate!
