Steve reviewed those elements of the exercises that I wasn't sure of, worked on knee and hip range and flexibility, and finally massaged the glutes group to aid strengthening the region around the hips.
Steve was welcoming, put me at ease straightaway, and was very thorough in his examination of my physical condition, as well as in his explanation of what he was doing as the session continued. He also laid out his 'plan of attack' to address the issues that needed tackling to redress any imbalances uncovered in the assessment.
