I was a Norwegian on holiday in York with pain in my lower back. It was easy to book a time pretty quickly, and Steve seemed pretty nice and professional. But due to a bit problems with the language, I asked Steve to write down my exact diagnosis in an e-mail, and he promised to do so by the end of Thursday.
