Attended the sports massage as unable to walk far ,pain with sciatic nerve in right leg .I had a massage into the muscles concerned .
Was given various stretching and strengthening excercise on video to use at home .Hopefully with treatment my nerve problem with be sorted and am able to walk with no pain again .
