Nadine was absolutely lovely! She had a clean and tidy work environment and you can tell that she truly knows and cares about her work. She was very thorough with the hair removal and she had great chat! Would highly recommend!

Horrendous service, I didn't even stay to finish my wax. She started off by using this new wax she'd purchase that didn't work - every time she applied it, it created a big ball and she insisted on trying again and again and again. I said I didn't want it done so she suggested using sugar wax, which I agreed to. She has no clue about waxing techniques - I've never had someone apply a massive strip of wax on my whole labia area and just rip it off! Contacted Treatwell and she refused to refund
