The massage itself was great and I wish I had booked longer. The room was lovely and relaxing (although you can hear the hairdressing chairs scraping on the floor above), but what was disappointing was that I had to wait 20mins to be seen with no explanation as to why. When my therapist eventually came to greet me she was flustered and rushing to get the appointment done - I got a 30minute massage to the second, despite the pretty poor service I had received. This is probably a fairly isolated incident but I won’t be going back regardless unfortunately.
