She was lovely at my appointment but when I went elsewhere to get them removed the beautician at the new place freaked out at the glue used, how they were applied, and it took nearly an hour to get them off instead of the expected 10 mins. She thought I'd done them myself they were so bad and showed me how they should look versus how mine were done. I could see it was wrong placement and very thick and visible glue. The beautician at YDBT was a very lovely person but I won't be going back sadly.
