Very poor service was doing 3 things at a time did not listen to what i asked made my eyebrows to thin and burnt me with the wax not happy at all

Sadly Disappointing.Been here before and although it’s slightly unorganised the actual service wasn’t bad however,the massage was so disappointing this time.I don’t even know if the lady was trained at doing it.There was no system to how she was massaging and she just complained she was tired.I honestly feel ripped off.
