My massage was just what I needed. We really focused on the niggly areas I had and this made me feel confident and ready for a run I had at the weekend. It definitely sorted out some issues that I had in my legs and upper back area, as Anne got into the tight areas and worked out the knots. It was still a relaxing environment though so it felt like a treat, even though it was a more functional focused massage.
