What should have been a 30 minute appointment took more than 45 and I still ended up walking out with some of the old polish on my fingers. When shaping my nails she spent as long filing my fingertips as the nails themselves and I was left with rough edges I've had to fix myself. It was a 'needs must' kind of appointment but definitely won't be going back.
The technician was perfectly nice but she spent most of the appointment doing her chores around the salon.
