While my haircut was good, I was left disappointed overall as they did not make the price clear. While I did add a blow dry to my treatment while there, they did not make clear to me that they would be charging me for longer hair - it should be much clearer what lengths they are referring to when you make the initial booking, not surprise additional charges at the end. It ended up very expensive for a simple cut.
