A Brazilian at this salon only includes the front. I was informed just prior to my treatment that I would have to pay an extra £7 to match the price of a Hollywood, which is the only treatment that involves hair removal from the posterior. I find this out of keeping with most salons, and as I had already paid for the ‘Brazilian’ I had to agree to this. The actual treatment was very slow (45-50 minutes on 4 week growth of hair) but otherwise fine.
When I went to pay, the card machine did not work because they had no connection. I was unable to get out cash as I only had my debit card. The staff then made me accompany them to the local Tesco’s to buy them £7 worth of goods (raw chicken - I am not joking) which was highly inappropriate and petty given the fault lay with them. I agreed as I felt I had to.
The salon was totally empty and I can see why with this business attitude.
The whole experience took around 90 minutes - not time that I had!
