Poor customer service, and professionalism - the woman assigned to get me a hair cut, was rude and unpleasant, trying to force me to get a hair cut I didn't request.

The beautician here is skilled and does a good job. I would recommend clarifying before you begin what you expect, as the definition of bikini wax (as opposed to brazilian, high bikini etc) seems to be different depending on where people trained. Otherwise I'm happy with the treatment.
