The therapist was friendly and polite. I booked gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure itself was done not too bad, however the nail filing could of been better. I was very disappointed with the toe nail gel colour. It was incredibly uneven, all over the cuticles. Immediatelly told the therapist that I was unhappy with the nail colour and would like it removed as well as would like a refund and would rather not go ahead with the manicure. Very disappointed, wasted time and £65. Expecting refund
