I'm really disappointed. My eyelashes are not curled at all, there's no visible difference. And today, the skin under one of my eyes is painful to the touch and red. I have never refused to pay for a service before, but if I hadn't already paid on Treatwell I think I would have refused. A waste of time and money, and I'd like to know if I can get a refund.
OMG my hair was in a state when I arrived for my appointment... just over an hour later I had beautiful hair!!! Great cut, amazing blow dry. My hair was silky soft. I got so many compliments :)
