Nubia is really lovely and works hard to do a good job with her treatments. Her pedicures are thorough and you get a foot scrub and massage.
the extraction was very thorough and 2 days on my skin still feels very soft. there could have been some product advice, and the ambience a bit more relaxing but overall i thought this was good.
I had an anti acne facial here this week and I was very impressed. The therapist was very gentle and spent extra time to really clear out my pores as they were quite congested. She took the time to explain which products had been used on my face and provided a skin analysis to show what I could do to keep my skin clear following the facial. I will definitely be going back.
I didn't have the best experience at this salon... went in for a Brazilian wax, and there was a mix-up with booking times, so the salon owner thought I was an hour early when I was actually on time, and she wasn't ready for me. I couldn't come back an hour later so she did accommodate, but was quite overtly put out by it and quite adamant I was in the wrong. The wax itself was done in quite a poky 'room' built into the middle of the beauty salon, and it wasn't thorough at all. I had to do a lot of tidying myself when I got home... which isn't great.
