Lovely salon and the therapists were all very friendly and professional. Eyelash tint was great, she was very careful and checked to make sure I was comfortable. And quick so that I could squeeze it in over my lunch break!
A really friendly place with an excellent massage chair for relaxing while having a lovely pedicure. A lovely morning of pampering.
I had a deep pore facial, which was very good and the therapist was making sure at all times that I was comfortable, relax, the pressure was on and so forth. The Ambiance is not the best, I was a bit cold - the therapist immediately took action and switched all the heater on when I told her though. The room where the facial is done is not fully separated from the rest: the wall is not as high as the ceiling so when you're relaxing and having your facial done you can hear the hairdryers from the other room. It could do with some meditation music or something instead.
This is the only reason why I am awarding 4stars rather than 5, I definitely recommend the treatment and the staff is great. I will go back.
I've been to Perfect Day before for a shellac manicure and was very impressed with the salon generally so I thought I'd try the waxing there.
The room was more of a cubicle off the main salon so wasn't especially private and the wax was definitely more painful than I've experienced elsewhere.
I'd highly recommend this salon for nails but probably won't use again for waxing.
Good experience, tidy & clean. Didn't take too long but also wasn't too quick, would recommend. Nice and close to home too.
